At Zaven, we’re committed to providing products that help you stay comfortable, supported, and pain-free. We believe in the effectiveness of our insoles and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after this period and within our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at info@thezaven.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that Zaven insoles work. That’s why we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days so you can feel the full benefits. If you’re still unhappy, you may return them after 14 days and within the 30-day guarantee period.

To start a return, contact us via the Contact Us page or email info@thezaven.com. Please include your order number or the name and email address used for the purchase.
Damaged Items
We package every order with care. A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damage to packaging (like a dented box) with an undamaged product is not considered a defect.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@thezaven.com with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear, tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to ship orders quickly, but cannot be responsible for delays outside our control—such as courier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages must be addressed directly with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If we are not notified of an error within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
